  1. Coordinate First: Contact the visiting team and mutually confirm the new game arrangements.
  2. Submit the Form: Complete the request form below.
  3. Wait for Processing: Please allow 48 hours for your request to be processed. Once complete, Referees will be notified.

⚠️ Less than 48 Hours? Complete the form immediately and then contact the corresponding VP directly to ensure the urgent change is handled in time.
